Main Mission

The applicant will be responsible for the development of the Euresys / Sensor to Image business within Europe with a focus on DACH region. More particularly, she/he will be in charge of prospecting potential customers to sell sensor and image transport IP Core products, as well as custom design projects based on our FPGA technology and IP Cores.
The applicant will report to the VP Sales & Support EMEA.

Duties & Responsabilities
  • Develop and execute the business development plans and strategies at various levels to increase sales of S2I products and solutions.
  • Make contact and meet with prospects R&D Managers and Engineers or other key stakeholders to understand their technical needs and present solutions at each of the levels.
  • Develop both net new and existing contacts.
  • Identify and close quick, small wins (IP core sales) while managing longer, complex sales cycles for custom development projects including, for some of them, the manufacturing by S2I.  
  • Achieve revenue targets through accurate forecasting of bookings and orders.
  • Keep Salesforce opportunities updated, including closing date, next steps, and forecast stage.
  • Work with other team members to conduct proofs of concept and prepare SoW that address customers business driver.
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.
  • Understand strengths/weaknesses of the competition.
  • Understand customers’ procurement process in detail.
  • Prepare internal reports and use appropriate modes of communication for regular based Business Reviews

Required Qualifications
  • Engineering degree with 5+ years of field technical sales experience.
  • Written and spoken professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience in direct enterprise sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently to visit prospects and customers or to attend professional trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding FPGA, computer vision, machine vision, standards such as GenICam, GigE Vision, CoaXPress, USB3 Vision or MIPI will be an asset.
  • Familiar with x-86 and ARM platform concepts.
