Main Responsibilities
- Personal and administrative support of our employees in all personnel-related issues
- Maintenance of master data in the personnel information system as well as execution of personnel storage including archiving
- Support of HR business partners in the recruiting, onboarding, change and exit processes
- Assumption of independent HR projects in the area of responsibility and participation in larger, large-scale projects
- Support in office and travel management
Candidate profile
- Several years of experience in HR (or general administration)
- Proficiency in French, English and ideally in German
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in working in an international environment
- Reliable and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and service orientation
Offer
Temporary contract (Full-time or Part-time); duration and start date to be discussed.
Location: Parc Scientifique du Sart Tilman, Liège (Belgium).
Schedule: Flexible hours with the possibility of remote work for autonomous candidates.
