Highlights
CoaXPress Data Forwarding
The data forwarding capability allows image data from one camera to be transferred to multiple frame grabbers on different Host PCs to distribute the image processing load. Data can be distributed between up to 10 synchronized daisy chained PCs. PCs can be close to each other or up to 40 meters away.

Latest release
eGrabber 26.05
Frame Grabbers
- Extended support for 1X_2YE TapGeometry
This release of eGrabber adds the support for 1X_2YE TapGeometry to the “3-camera” firmware variant of PC3603 Coaxlink Quad CXP-12, PC3603-4 Coaxlink Quad CXP-12, and PC3623 Coaxlink Quad CXP-12 Value frame grabbers. The 1X_2YE tap geometry is a configuration used in CoaXPress for area-scan cameras that feature two zones across the vertical direction.
- Extended support for Advanced Features (Coaxlink CXP-12 to QSFP+ Converter)
This release of eGrabber adds the support for Advanced Features to all firmware variants of PC3625 Coaxlink QSFP+ and PC3628 Coaxlink QSFP28 frame grabbers. The Advanced Features allows to access GenApi features from the Coaxlink CXP-12 to QSFP+ Converter directly on the GenTL Interface module of the frame grabber.
Driver
- MementoRead moreIn high-end inspection machines using vision, the frame grabber is responsible for acquiring images in synchronization with numerous external devices such as motion or lighting controllers, not to mention the camera itself. Debugging these systems often requires complex equipment, for example, oscilloscopes and logic analyzer, which are used along with software profilers. The problem is even more acute with the latest cameras available, which allow for very fast frame rates exceeding several hundred, even thousand frames per second.
- GenICamRead moreGenICam is a global set of standards to interface industrial cameras to computer software applications (such as machine vision). It allows a homogenization of the wording, the interfaces and the processes in image processing, acquisition and transport. By providing all users with a common set of names and configurations, it ensures communication regardless of the supplier implementation details, feature set, or interface technology. It is the basis for high-speed video standards like GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, CoaXPress or Camera Link.
- C2C-LinkRead moreC2C-Link enables the synchronization of multiple cameras attached to one or multiple Coaxlink cards in the same or distant PC’s. The Coaxlink series of frame grabbers exists in varied modularity to accommodate specific camera stream constraints: 1 to 8 cameras and 6.25 Gbps (CXP-6) to 12.5 Gbps (CXP-12) per connection. Further expansion is possible through synchronizing multiple boards within a deterministic synchronization window.
