Human Resources Business Partner - Part time

• Advising and supporting managers in all personnel matters within a defined area of the company
• Independent global recruitment of specialists and managers
• Contributing to the optimal design and professional implementation of HR processes relating to the employee lifecycle
• Working closely with all interfaces of global Human Resources (including personnel administration, payroll) and other internal departments
• Supporting the implementation of corporate strategies to improve employee and company performance
• Independently taking on HR projects and participating in larger cross-functional projects

• University degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge of labor law
• Proficient and experienced use of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with a personnel information system
• Very good communication skills in French, English and German and interest in working in an international environment
• Reliable and structured approach to work, sense of responsibility, and service orientation

• Undetermined contract, starting as soon as possible. Part-time: Up to 30 hours per week.
