Main Mission
We are currently looking for a Field Application Engineer – South Korea based in Seoul.
After a training period in our head office in Belgium and/or in Singapore, your responsibilities will include, on the South Korea market:
- Technical supports to assist our customers using Euresys products, provide technical problem analysis and solving, and perform customer training, etc.
- Sales supports to build product demonstration, application prototype (in the long-run), sample programs, customer manual and technical guidance etc.
- Communication with engineering and overseas support team for technical issues and customer feedback on product using
- Field supports to customers, distributors and channel partners exhibitions.
Profile
- Euresys is looking for candidates with the following abilities:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or higher education background
- Computer savvy, candidates must have some experience in machine vision, image processing libraries such as Open eVision or similar tools, frame grabbers or industrial cameras.
- Candidates with a working experience in factory automation, semiconductor industry will be a plus.
- Acceptable level command of English for communicate with headquarters.
- Excellent knowledge on any of the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio/C++/C#, Python.
- Experience in technical supports and customers communication, good working attitude, initiative and able to work independently.
- Ability to track customer activities, technical issues, and follow-up actions in coordination with the sales team
- Working under pressure and adaptability to new tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong learning and problem-solving skills.
