INTERNAL SALES ASSISTANT

Euresys is an 85 people company based in Liège with offices in Germany, USA, China, Japan and Singapore. We design, manufacture, and provide industrial electronic equipment used for image acquisition and processing, as well as software dedicated to image processing and analysis. Our products combine high performance software with hardware developments based on the latest microelectronics technology.
- You manage sales administration operations, from recording customer orders to delivery
- You manage customer invoices
- You manage relations with carriers and organize the transport of the company's products
- You manage the quotations in collaboration with the sales managers and you ensure the commercial follow-up
- You manage the commercial follow-up of the Warranty & Repair process.
Education & experience
- Bachelor’s in foreign Trade, or equivalent diploma or experience
- 1+ year of experience in a similar function
- Customer orientation and effective communication
- Team player
- Rigorous and able to roll out in place procedures
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office Tools
- Working experience with an ERP system (Navision or equivalent)
Written and spoken professional proficiency in French and English.
